RETURNS Our return policy is very simple, fair and important. We are not getting return privileges from Greece, so we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS: •Merchandise is damaged during shipment. (Please call us as soon as you receive it.) •Merchandise is factory defective and we mean factory defective. •We have made an error in shipment or order taking. •If the selection is not the one you ordered. CDs, cassettes DVDs and videos should be returned unopened. Please double check your selection numbers before you place the order. •If a compact disc, cassette, DVDs video tape or CD-ROM is damaged, it will be replaced with another one of the same selection. If it is no longer available, we will credit your account. •All returns should be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
